The current management team is headed up by Brian Halina (President), Terry Milot (Vice President - Estimating / Business Development), Len Shankowsky (Vice President - Operations) and Todd Halina (Vice President - Construction).

	Brian Halina: President Mr. Halina began his career with Chemco Electrical Contractors Ltd in 1970, presiding as President since 1988. In addition to his duties at Chemco, Mr. Halina is a Director of the Electrical Contractors Association of Alberta and is the Chairman of the Association’s Labour Relations Committee.
	Terry Milot: Vice President - Estimating / Business Development Mr. Milot began his career with Chemco Electrical Contractors Ltd in 1979. Since 1993 Mr. Milot has headed the Estimating Department and been responsible for business development. In addition to his duties at Chemco, Mr. Milot is a Director of the Electrical Contractors Association of Alberta as well as having been President.
	Len Shankowsky: Vice President - Operations Mr. Shankowsky joined Chemco Electrical Contractors Ltd in 1985 as a Foreman. Mr. Shankowsky worked in the capacity of Superintendent, Project Manager and Construction Manager, prior to becoming General Manager in 2006. As Vice President of Operations, Mr. Shankowsky oversees the corporate head office and is involved in all aspects of the organization.
	Todd Halina: Vice President - Construction Mr. Halina began his electrical apprenticeship with Chemco Electrical Contractors Ltd in 1996. Upon completion of Mr. Halina’a apprenticeship in 2001 he joined the Procurement Department. In 2007, Mr. Halina attained the position of Procurement Manager and joined the ownership group. In his current position Mr. Halina oversees the construction management group.
